Sick Benefit Membership

As a Schwaben Club Member, and you are aged 16 or older, you have the option to join the Sick Benefit Association.

To become a member, applicants need to fill out an application form as well as having their physicians complete the medical section. Return the completed application to the Schwaben Club office for review, along with payment. 

Sick Benefit Association Due are $12.00 per year.

Once review has been completed, you will be notified if you have been accepted into the Sick Benefit Association.
