Hall Rental Information and Costs

At the Schwaben Club, we are more than happy to work with you in making your event a memorable experience. We realize that these events are often “once in a lifetime” celebrations, so we work extra hard to make sure things go smoothly. We’ve included the following Hall Rental Information handout to guide you through the process of renting a hall. Inside, you’ll find valuable information regarding costs, helpful advice, timelines, fees and optional services available.

The Menu

Once the hall that serves your needs best has been selected, choose the meal that tempts your taste buds from our distinctive menu. Our specialty combines traditional German dishes with North American favourites for a taste everyone will love. Feel free to check out all the options available to you in our Menu Options handout.

If you’ve decided what you want, print off the Dinner Order Checklist, fill it out, and bring it with you to discuss with our Manager.

Your hall will be ready for you early the day of, possibly even the day before your function. Tables are in place with sparkling white linens awaiting your personal touch to make it uniquely yours.

To guide your guests, signs are placed in the vestibule and at the entrance to your hall. Now, sit back and enjoy your evening while our professional staff anticipates your every need.

When everything is said and done, simply remove those decorations you wish to keep, and we’ll do all the clean up.
